President and Chairman of the Board
Zina L. Hassel is the President of ZLH Enterprises, a woman-owned business focusing on technology consultancy. The Company is well known for providing its’ clients white-glove customer service and advocacy to technology providers and carriers. The services include Connectivity, Security, Cloud, Data Center, CCaaS, SaaS, UCaaS and Technology Management services. Starting with her MBA in healthcare administration, Zina learned the value of both technology and customer experience in the healthcare industry. Leveraging that knowledge and the changing face of telecommunications, Zina became more deeply embedded into the telecom industry by first working in the customer premise equipment sector and ultimately co-founding a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). With a combination of technology expertise and leadership skills, Zina was then able to build ZLH Enterprises as a carrier agnostic consultancy. Over the last 20+ years, ZLH Enterprises has continued to grow and thrive. Zina’s professional and business achievements have been recognized as a career recipient of the 2019 LEAD Award for excellence in leadership from the national organization, The Alliance of Channel Women, and the 2019 ABA Bronze Stevie Award for Woman of the Year in Business Services. These followed an award for Channel Partners 360 Business Value Awards (2017 award from Channel Partners, a resource for indirect sales channels offering IT and telecom systems and services) and an award by AT&T for nationwide excellence in Customer Experience (2007).
Jodi Hassel joined ZLH Enterprises after spending more than eight years in the hospitality industry in customer facing and management positions. Working with the top ‘flags’ in the hotel industry, (Marriott, Hilton and Holiday Inn), Jodi learned the importance of customer satisfaction. Jodi was integral in opening new properties from the ground up. Her exceptional experience with Guest Services and staff training/mentoring to increase Guest Satisfaction surveys was directly transferable to ZLH Enterprises in working with clients or sub-agents on pricing, project management and ongoing customer care.

Scott has been a member of the Board of Directors for several years. Having spent 30+ years in the medical device/DME/Home Health Care industry Scott was responsible for growing his last company from the ground up to over $110M in annual revenue. Scott’s expertise includes brand marketing, distribution channels, vendor and customer relations. Scott brings an unbiased and objective view of the technology consulting industry.
