Zina Hassel is President and CEO of ZLH Enterprises, a woman-owned technology consulting firm delivering white-glove concierge services in telecommunications, network design, provisioning, and customer advocacy. With nearly 40 years of experience, she has guided ZLH Enterprises to become a trusted partner for global businesses seeking expertise in voice, data, cloud services, disaster recovery, and telecom bill auditing.
An industry-recognized leader, Zina is a Gold Stevie Award recipient for Lifetime Achievement in Business and has earned additional honors including Gold for Entrepreneur of the Year in Telecommunications and Silver for Woman of the Year in Business Services Industries. She has also received the Alliance of Channel Women LEAD Award, was named to the Channel Futures Technology Advisor 101 list, and was honored as Executive of the Year by the New Jersey Business & Industry Association and New Jersey Business magazine. Under her leadership, ZLH Enterprises earned a Channel Partners 360° Business Value Award.
Zina holds a BS in Management from Binghamton University and an MBA in Healthcare from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. She is also the author of My Armadillo Skin: How I Made It As A Woman in the Field of Telecom, sharing her experiences and insights as a female leader in a historically male-dominated industry.
Since 2010, Jodi Hassel has served as Vice President and Director of ZLH Enterprises, a woman-owned technology consulting firm, leading business development, account strategy, and operational execution. With over 15 years of experience in technology consulting, she oversees data analysis, costing, contract negotiation, and new account acquisition while managing technology cost-recovery initiatives for major business clients. Jodi works closely with carriers and vendors to evaluate competitive services, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure clients receive transparent, high-value technology solutions aligned with their operational needs.
Jodi manages customer care for voice and data services, guiding projects from proposal through provisioning and implementation with precision and accountability. Known for her analytical rigor and relationship-driven approach, she strengthens vendor partnerships and long-term client relationships while upholding the firm’s high standards of service and integrity. In recognition of her leadership, she was named “Female Executive of the Year” in Business Services at the Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
Prior to joining ZLH Enterprises, Jodi held senior management roles in the hospitality industry, including General Manager and Front Office Manager for nationally recognized hotel brands. She oversaw daily operations, supervised cross-functional teams, managed revenue and rate structures, and developed staff training programs—experience that now informs her disciplined project management style and commitment to seamless client experiences.
Jodi earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Berkeley College. Her background in operations, revenue management, and client service positions her to deliver the strategic oversight and execution excellence that define ZLH Enterprises.
